WizKids has announced its upcoming summer model release for D&D Nolzur's Marvelous Miniatures. The newest Paint Night Kit is on the horizon, encouraging painters new and old to strip back their technique and get stuck into an upcoming box of goodies.

Yuan-ti Abomination Paint Event Kit is expected to be coming to stores in July this year, bringing players a full scope of tools along with a classic D&D monster to paint up at a professional level.

The box will include an unpainted Yuan-ti Abomination miniature, twelve Vallejo paint colours, two brushes and a water pot. All are encased in a blister pack which can be doubled down as a palette if you do not have one handy.

The release will centre around events that are being held worldwide. If the store is participating - players will gain access to an expert step-by-step tutorial from the Den of Imagination.

So if you spot the Yuan-ti Abomination or any Paint Night Kits out in the wild from WizKids, chances are they'll be hosting the event. However, if you are looking for a good base starter kit, containing everything you need. You can pick up the Yuan-ti Abomination Paint Night Kit from July this year.

If you want to get stuck in sooner without an event in place, players can get hold of older models as part of the Paint Night Kit program, as the Den of Imagination videos are hosted on their YouTube channel.

Although these are pitched for all level painters, I think they are a fantastic way to get kids involved in the hobby. Providing everything they need without making too much of a mess and a video to paint along with, it's a great way to get stuck into the hobby.

What do you think of the Paint Night Kits from WizKidz?
