Inspired by @dunham99 and their comment on the value of mistakes, I figured I should post this. Here I am almost finished with Hades and…yeah. Oops.

I was looking all over the model for a painting mistake. Took a while to spot the broken trident. It should be thick enough to pin.

LOL. Yeah, last night I tried superglue and then, when that failed, superglue and green stuff. This morning I checked and that too was a bust–no surprised given the leverage pressure on the tip will exert. So I got out my tiny bits and was able to put a pin in it. I actually found it easiest just to pin with the bit itself (after a bit of clipping). Definitely the most delicate pin job I’ve done but (A) it’s done and (B) it’s a lot more robust.
