I’ve used this faction to try out zenithal highlighting and glazing with inks.

This was the last of the six big factions in the kickstarter. Slowly the end of this project approaches.

Hi, glad you’re enjoying it! With the end of the project in sight I’m motivated to keep working on it.

Months ago I’ve tried the solo version: https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/197790/ad1666-solo-rules-printer-frendly

I find the game complicated. Many rules and special rules for almost every miniature. I understand they want every miniature/faction/weapon to be different, but I’ld like a slightly easier ruleset.

I don’t want to discourage anyone. It’s an interesting game and people who like endless tactical options will like this. But be warned: this is not a game you can learn in five minutes.

That’s very helpful, thank you. The models have piqued my interest, but haven’t really seen anything about the game. Good to know that there’s a solo variant too. I might have a bit of a search to find out some more.
