Baron Audric has attacked the city of Tallis and is attempting to gain entrance to the royal palace. While the city burns our heroes must attempt to defend the palace gates and kill the traitorous Baron and his men.
While arrows fly back and forth, the Baron's men rush across the bridge and our heroes prepare for close quarters fighting.
Trysten, Halleck and Stitch the dog, fight two men-at-arms as they try to reach the palace gates.
Baron Audric himself crosses the bridge while his men do the dirty work.
But not for long. Berred the ranger takes careful aim and shoots him dead.
One of the Baron’s soldiers has a change of heart and switches sides, joining our heroes and kills her former comrade, who had just taken Trysten down, winded.
Halleck charges the Baron’s arches on the bridge. A man-at-arms has already been taken down by Merlin’s magic.
The new ally joins Halleck on the bridge and Stitch rushes in to help. Berred takes cover and exchanges shots with an enemy archer.
Meanwhile Merlin hears screams from a nearby burning building. Two civilians are trapped inside. He rushes to help.
Now freed, the old woman vents her anger on an enemy archer.
Halleck is taken down in the fighting with a crushed arm but our new ally stands and deals out punishment.
The last enemy archer is taken down and the palace is secured. Victory.
