About the Project
A while ago now I won a box of around 50 miniatures all themed around Vikings, so given all the love for SAGA at the moment I wondered if I could make an army.

20 Minute Vikings
Using the new contrast paints I attempted a speed paint of a Viking, including all the colours below and basing it took 20 minutes per Viking. I think it works but I am not really over the moon with the results but it is tabletop ready.
Archers on stream
Painted these up on twitch stream today start to finish. 8 more to do to get a 1 point in Saga.
Tester mini
Just a quick paint job to see how it would look.
Simply blocked out the colours hit with a brown wash and highlighted here and there.
based using grass tufts and textured brown paint.
Where to begin
OSo about a year ago through the model box I get every month I won a mega box which had around 50 Viking themed miniatures.
They have been sat around for some time now so given all the SAGA talk I thought I would try and get involved and give these miniatures a chance at some action.
I have no idea if I have the starting of an army but I start with just getting them all built, primed and based onto 2 pence pieces.
