About the Project

I picked up this game on the strength of the art alone. Now it’s time to paint it up and get it to the table to see if it plays as well as it looks. Of course, this is a clear detour and distraction from my Aristeia! collection.

These are turning out to be so much fun to paint! It feels as though all of the time I’ve spent working on technique is starting to coalesce into more than the sum of the parts—from some NMM to leather to just highlighting and shading. This project may well even finally get me to pull out my proper camera to get some shots that are actually properly exposed and in focus.

Played this tonight and really liked it. Best coop deck builder I’ve played and, while maybe not the most cleverly designed deck builder, probably my favorite deck builder.Played this tonight and really liked it. Got my proper camera out and took some decent pictures (And yes, I still need a bit of work on my camera skills but these are better than my iPhone) of these to complete the project.
