This Project is Active
Hooray for Spring Clean Challenge
It has almost been a year since I updated this project, so: Hooray for Spring Clean Challenge.
A couple of weeks ago I promissed Gerry that I would finish this lovely Infinity model which he had sent me a couple of years ago.
It’s Achilles from the Aleph faction in the Brad Pitt edition.
Thank you again Gerry for the lovely model.
Yu Jing bases
So after some time painting Batman minis I come back to this project.
First step the bases for the Yu Jing faction.
These are Daedalus Gate base toppers by Micro Art Studio.
Slightly better pictures
As said I would take a couple of new pictures.
They’re slightly better.
First half done
I’ve put the Haqqislam minis on bases.
This isn’t my best paintjob, but I call ‘m done for now.
Maybe in the future I come back to them for some extra details.
Tomorrow when the light is better I make some extra/better pictures.
I haven’t decided yet what I’ll be painting next. The second half of the Red Veil box will be painted shortly, but first I want to paint something else.
Washes applied
I put on the washes on the minis, they toned down quite nice.
Next up are some highlights and details.
Basecolours done
The basecolours on the Haqqislam minis are done.
Next step is splashing some washes on them.
Haqqislam basepaints
The next step is to block in some more basepaints on the Haqqislam units.
Haqqislam bases
First up I started with the bases for the Haqqislam faction.
These are the Highway bases produced by Micro Art Studios.
Starting point
So after collecting dust for 4 years hoping to finish the Red Veil box.
I bought the miniatures because I realy love the sculpts.
Later this year I will be receiving the KS pledge of Infinity: Defiance, so this Red Veil project should be finished by then.
In this time of self-quarantine I realy get some hobby done and the Spring Cleaning challenge is a nice motivation to post some of my work online.
First up a picture of my starting point:
