Ackack maybe not super mutant
- Finished myself an alien from the 2 player starter set. I might be inspirered by a certain movie?

The belt was painted AP Pure red
The metals was painted AP shinning silver
The gloves, boots, and shoulders was Painted Demonic Yellow
His head was painted AP Necrotic flesh and his eyes was painted ap matt white.
The uniform was washed and the backpack was washed with AP blue wash. The uniform was was then drybrused AP crystal blue.
The pistol, belt and the yellow parts was washed in ap Strong Tone
The yellow parts where highlighted with ap demonic yellow
The head was washed with AP flesh shade, and then drybrushed with ap necrotic flesh
The gun was washed in ap dark tone?
Pretty happy with the result. Not my best or my worse paint job. He might join my super mutants when i get to try a game.
Mutant overlord with gatling laser
And he is finished, I like him, he looks pretty ready for the wasteland. Fist is getting ready for some paint aswell.
Sightly bigger super mutants
I got the pack overlord and first for my little mutant warband. I’m gonna use the same painting guide as for my other mutants, but I’m gonna do a little more with the base colour wise.
The model was primed with AP Leather Brown just like before
Teenage mutant... humans?
Playing with wire and super mutants, just for some fun pics.
Rust Effekts
Now its time for some AP Dry Rust on the metal parts, I used the drybrush technic. I might have gone a little overboard, but I do like the look of them. I might try to take some close ups later.
My old enemy... highlights !
I never been good at highlighting, but I tried the best I could, and it looked pretty good.
For the metal highlight I used AP Plate Mail Metal, the robes AP banshe brown, AP dessert yellow for the robes, and AP commando green for the skin.
For the metal, robes I used edge highlights and the skin was drybrushed.
- It turned out really well, its not easy to see on pics, but I can see my edge highlights ?
The wash !
Now its time for a wash. I gave all the models AP Strong Tone, and basically covered them in it with a brush. Her are the 3 big guys
Who let the dogs out ?
I painted the teth and claws of the dogs with AP Drake Tooth, there tongue with a AP Pure Red
On the base i painted the flagstones with AP Wherewulf Fur, and some of the stones with AP Banshee Brown
Armor and Robes
I used AP Plate Mail Metal for all the metal armor and the guns. Afterwards I painted the robes, parts of the flight cap and some skulls with Banshee Brown.
The prime and skin
I primed them all with AP Leather Brown.
After they where dry, I started painting skin on all the super mutants, and their dogs. I used AP Venom Wyren
