A new beginning
Got Alarielle the Everqueen and some of her guard for Christmas, so making a start painting them. Remember thin your paints.
I have done some painting since last year, I’ve been working on this Elf Prince on his mount for some time.
Working on the Elf Prince
Spent a bit of time this evening working on the Elf Prince. Dad sprayed him black so trying to paint yellow over him is hard work.
Model Railway side trip
God dragged to a model railway show that my brother wanted to go to. It was alright for a bit but then I sat in the kids zone building model buildings. Once I got them home I thought I’d paint them.
Some paints that belonged to Grandad, I couldn't open them so Dad had to do so.Darthcheese Dad note
The model railway show at Alexandra Palace was pretty cool. Even if it’s not my thing, so of the displays would make awesome gaming tables.
Salute 2023
Went with the Mum, Dad and brother to Salute. Got to do both the painting tables there and got a game of Star Wars Legion in which I won!

As ever Salute was a great event (unlike Warhammerfest), everyone was very friendly. I’ve never seen anyone get so much free stuff as my daughter did.
