About the Project
During 2025 I’ll be getting started with Bolt Action V3. I picked up the Battle of the Bulge starter set over Christmas and this project will track my progress building and painting the models from the box.

Winter farmhouse
Decided to have a go at the classic Warlord farmhouse that comes in the box.
I used some foam board for the bases, coffee stirrers for the floor boards, some bricks and match sticks for extra rubble and a lot of hot glue.
This was my first time using the AK Interactives snow effect. Really easy to use product, but I think I need to master the best way of applying it to get a more natural look.

M8 Greyhound
Finally an update!
Managed to put together the M8 Greyhound. Bit of a pain of a kit to put together, but nice model.
Six wheels and a 37mm gun, should make this a fun vehicle on the table.
US winter infantry
So I’ve made a start on the box set and decided to begin with building the US infantry in their winter uniforms.
These are the nicest Warlord miniatures that I’ve ever put together. Realistic poses and great detail, hardly any mold lines to clean up!
I decided to build a 3 man HQ team, bazooka team, sniper team, a medic, and 2 squads of 8 men (NCO with a submachine gun and 1 BAR).
Up next will likely be the armoured car to go with these fellas.
