The year of 2025

British adapted from the Warlord Commando sprue’s. Bergen and beret removed with the old clippers then the beret removed and filed so helmets would fit. And then i realised some how i had not took any pics of the build of the figures just the fully undercoated figures (TWAT!!) And yes that is a K-gun on my platoon Sergeant and yes he will be called  SGT  K GUN .

Canadians first….

Humber built and undercoated army green.

So hobby in the month of March was mainly building and undercoating British/ Canadian Infantry from warlord , oh yes and finishing of my  2 Sherman’s and a Firefly tank., oh and built a Humber MK IV recce vehicle and undercoated. I decided to use  my British commando figures for my British infantry has I had used the full warlord platoon box of infantry for my Canadian’s.  I thought why not,  I liked the looked of the Bergen’s and thought  they can just say they nicked them from the marines stores in England before going into Europe. So after a bit of kit-bashing and  marine beret removal I had more then enough heads for my British infantry. So first my Sherman’s  then my Humber and the good old foot slogger’s.

So found these in my pile of potentially primed from last year so just gave them a quick go over with the old paint pens a quick wash  and did the bases and added decals.

So got into the mood for some more tanks, so it was the turn of the Allies. So  2 Churchill’s  and 2 Cromwell’s built  then undercoated using good old Army Green, then a bit of weathering .(I hear you say you shouldn’t weather with out putting on the decals but no finished this part yet me thinks .) No doubt you have noticed no decals on any of my tanks so far in this project, both German and Allies, still not decided what unit they are going to belong too?

So I decided to finish off some more of my Bolt Action German vehicles. So I pen painted /coloured my Panthers using my AK pens again and two Royal Tigers.

So January started with me priming and slap-chop painting the Minis from Monster Hunter to make it more appealing for my and my Grandson to play. Firstly primed.
