My health has been dreadful over the past few days, but I did add a Tropaion from Footsore Miniature to the Mediterranean/Greek diorama photography board. I just need a good day so I can do all the texture paste on those boards.

First off I need to map the largest movement tray I have for Kings of War, which is the cavalry horde. I doubt I’ll have any units bigger than that. I then used my camera and a ruler to map out the lines to what the camera can see. Then I know not to place scenery pieces outside of that as they will most likely never be in shot.

Then I started to plan out where I wanted the scenery bit s and pieces to go and glued them in place.

Most of the scenery bits are from Fenris Games. The logs obviously aren’t and the tree stumps aren’t, not sure where I got them, but I got them ages ago. The weapons and helmets on the Nordic one are from Firefoge Games and I don’t remember where the shields are from. On the Mediterranean/Greek the plastic shields are from Victrix and so are the helmets. The spears are from Aventine Miniatures and I think the metal shield was from Agema Miniatures, but not 100% sure about that.

I also prepped 2 100mm MDF bases. Cut the edges of the edges and sanded them smooth.

I am currently planning on making 2 boards, 1 for my Nordic style armies and models like my fantasy army, the Order of Heimdallr. And a second for any Roman, Greek or anything based in the Mediterranean which I named my Mediterranean/Greek board. These board will be done on an A3 board with an A3 backdrop from Handiwork Games. I will also be making 2 100mm bases in the same style that I can use for single models on my turntable. I will be using the same backdrops, but then in A4 for them.
