I wanted a way to hold parts and sub assemblies for priming with sparks and base coating with an airbrush prior to assembly. I know some people use corks from bottles but as I’m not a wine drinker I didn’t have a ready supply and I also wanted something to hold multiple parts.

I came across some self adhesive cork floor tiles in a local DIY store and hatched a plan ..
