Have you managed to have a glance at the new Cryx warjack upgrade?
If not... here it is.. EREBUS!
It's another upgrade kit, so you're going to need a plastic Cryx warjack in order to upgrade to this model, but here's what Privateer Press have said about it:
The helljack known as Erebus serves Lord Exhumator Scaverous, murdering all in its path as it eagerly gathers souls for its master. The lives Erebus has claimed leave it steeped in the detritus of a thousand deaths. This spectral effluvium envelops the machine, repelling any who try to strike its blackened carapace.
So it seems that this warjack has some sort of aura (I'm guessing Dark Shroud which will give it an effective bonus to damage rolls). Other than that, it'll no doubt have an imprint, but it's anyone's guess what that might be... do you know?

I’ve been waiting to see this for a long time and I love it! Glad it is a character slayer after malice, the character reaper warjack.
Those spines on his back and his face set this guy apart a lot more than most mod packs do, and overall it looks crepy as hell, spot on for the legions of the dragonfather
Not sure this one works as well as the Gallant. At first glance i liked it, second look went off it…ill have another look in a few days
I like the look of his head. Pretty alien and creepy. Like some sort of Anteater from hell.
I’m guessing the “effluvium” they refer to boosts his def or arm, maybe based on how many souls he’s collected? Or maybe he has something similar to the Soulstorm on Menoth Reclaimers? A deadly aura that kills any 1 wound living models within 2″.
I kinda hate when I like a model from a faction I don’t collect. I start thinking, “well, a 25 point Cryx army wouldn’t be TOO expensive…”
Very nice upgrade kit. I wish some of the others (BoM) had as much bling. Very cool.
Like the look of this guy. I do hope the new Cryx necrotech gets less human and more creepy. Would added to the whole nightmare empire name.
not sure if I like the back spines. they almost say Retribution. Like the rest of it though.

I really like my slayers I run 2 of them in a 35 to 50 point game.
They have always by some twist of fate performed really well.
Wonder if the stats and abilities on this one would warrant me switching to it.
