Obviously these are only the 3D renders, but they give you an idea of the new minis.

I think threy’re too different to the existing line to be a coherent unit addition
I thought that too, why try to expand a line with models that don’t fit with the first set?
But maybe this is the direction the range will take from here on and the first models phased out.
I agree – too far away from the more generic troopers. Not sure the guys firing the guys could squat like that for long? Plus the skeleton weapon tripod feet aren’t right either. Hope this is just a test render for feedback….
I really like WF, and I liked the idea and intent of the shock troopers, but these are a bit bland and not very dynamic…hopefully, as tinracer said, these are test renders.
With a horde of Nids gallomping towards you, that squitting position is prolly the right choice.
Just hope he can undo the buttons on the bum flap in time!

Maybe this is due to the change in ownership of Wargames Factory? The fact that one of the companies pioneering members has moved on would suggest that creative control stops with somebody else now. I do not like the head options, nor the body armour they are wearing.
What they have done with these models has ruined my initial love of the range.
the “anal probe on a tripod” looks awful
top left of first picture…. has he just come out of the bath? if so then why was he wearing his upper body armour and helmet
