Hardcore Are A Leaf On The Wind With New Crew Miniatures
August 26, 2021 by brennon
Hardcore Miniatures has built on their Rogue Trader Crew with a selection of brand new characters for you to throw into the mix. If you're heading out into the depths of space and your aiming to misbehave then you might want to get a closer look at these Sci-Fi miniatures.

I think you've probably worked out who these miniatures have been inspired by right? Well, Hardcore has taken it to the next level and designed up this particular crew as if they were adventuring through the grimdark of Warhammer 40,000 rather than The 'Verse.
Each of the characters has a standard loadout and set of options but they can also be tweaked to suit whatever you prefer. For example, Jewel, The Mechanic can be designed as above or with a few tweaks.

I think people will be glad to see her happy smile rather than that eerie mask. The other version of her is much more grimdark of course! I like that you could drop this into the mix as your alternative Kill Team. Maybe you could even make them into a squad of heroes for adventures in Stargrave or Five Parsecs From Home?
I think my favourite of the bunch of "Summer" here who has been designed up as a Space Elf warrior who perhaps found herself unwittingly tagging along with these miscreants.

There are lots of additional options for you to explore when it comes to this particular collection. Adam, The Mercenary would make a great leader for an Astra Militarum Kill Team for example.

As I say, there are a lot of options to choose from with each miniature pack. All of them are currently available as pre-orders at a reduced price so if you like the look of these characters then make sure to pick them up!
Are you going to be misbehaving with these heroes?

Nice miniatures, but some of them seem to have their heads too big or their legs too short.
Wow they are fabulous looking figures for games.
Spot the firefly inspired swashbuckling captain XD
Grimdark Firefly crew? Nice
Those are rather good looking renders.
I never knew how much I needed Firefly rogue traders until now!
These are adequate but there now really needs to be a Grimdark Buffia the junior inquisitor, just trying to get through the Academium someone built on a nest of heretics and a spiky chaos gate (I don’t play 40k).
