Paizo has released information about a new Sci-Fi RPG that will be released in August of 2017. The game is called Starfinder and will be based on Pathfinder, but many thousands of years in the future.

This will be a stand alone game and no experience in playing Pathfinder is necessary. While you will be able to play your favorite race in the very far future there will also be some new races and classes to take on. How about an Android Assassin?

If you are an RPG fan, sci-fi junkie or a devote follower of all that is Pathfinder then this might be the RPG you have been looking for. I imagine as we get closer to this year's Gen Con, we will be getting more information and maybe if we are quick enough next year at Gen Con we might just get a copy for ourselves.

There is a webpage for Starfinder, but at the moment it does not have a tonne of information. It does link you to some forums as well. Why not find your own path and see what Starfinder is all about.

Does a sci-fi RPG sound good?
