Gangs Of The Undercity is closing in on its Kickstarter launch date next month and the team at Fragging Unicorns Game has joined forces with Death Ray Designs to create a set of stunning terrain to match their Cyberpunk/Fantasy skirmish wargame.

The image above showed off some of the terrain lain out for a good ol' scrap on the tabletop. You'll notice a nice mix of designs in here which get across the look of futuristic buildings whilst also continuing to carry over more historical/fantastical designs at the same time. I always like when i see this in futuristic Sci-Fi games as the peoples of a world would surely carry over the look and feel of older buildings when developing new locations within a city.

Gangs Of The Undercity is a game which is focused on small skirmishes between your gangs and this is one of the most important terrain elements you'll want to be familiar with. Here is one of the Cyber-Links that you'll be able to hack in-game!

This terrain will become the official line for you to draw from when you dive into Gangs Of The Undercity when it drops on Kickstarter and beyond that at retail. I think it looks very swish and provides you with some big buildings to play in and around as well as a handy degree of elevation.

I look forward to seeing more of the designs that Death Ray can bring to the tabletop and also some of the smaller terrain elements which help bring some life to the tabletop. I like big buildings but it's always nice seeing what extra "scatter" you can throw into the mix as well.

This is all looking very swish indeed and should provide you with a good backdrop on which to play your games. I can't wait to see some miniatures clambering all over it and running around blasting each other as hackers try and feverishly work their magic to try and steal data from their opponents.

What do you make of the terrain?
