Yes the old Spartan saying will be coming true as you said your Victrix Spartan Hoplites into battle. Check the newly released box set out below...
The box set allows you to construct a whopping 48 plastic miniatures with plenty of options to personalise your different Spartans as they head off to war. As you can see they look pretty awesome both standing at guard and in more action packed poses.
Will you be holding the Hot Gates with these Spartans?

Good old Hoplites, my friend “God rest his soul” at one time had some 1000 Hoplite models. He would have loved this day getting plastic models for the army that had his heart the most.

…but good to know at least one set is finally out. Maybe Hoard O’Bits will offer parts from these kits to mix with others for a fantasy army – it won’t necessarily just look like random kitbashing with careful selection and a good paint job.
A period of history I have always been interested in but I have never had that many figures to game properly. No excuse now.
