Josef Bugman & Primarch Alpharius Available At Warhammer Fest

Forge World is going to be in attendance at Games Workshop's Warhammer Fest on May 12th & 13th and they are bringing some special miniatures for you to snap up. The first of these is a return of Josef Bugman to the Blood Bowl pitch.
You'll be able to pick up the model who has been sculpted up as both a Player and a Team Coach. I imagine his playbook pretty much reads 'play, drink, play, drink, drink, drink'. Rules for using him in your games are going to be available as well so he won't just be a pretty Dwarf to look at.
Primarch Time
As well as Josef Bugman you will also be able to snap up the Primarch Alpharius for the first time at Warhammer Fest.
He can be seen here putting one of his former Battle-Brothers down with a spear through the back. The model is looking rather spectacular and if you want to try and get that scale look going then you might want to put in some practice beforehand - he looks like a challenging model to paint.

Thought they already made an Alpharius mini – every generic Tactical marine! 😛
As for painting him, GreenStuffWorld do some nice looking colourshift paints; haven’t used any myself but from the example vids on their site they look like they’d be really good for Alpha Legion capturing the irridecant scheme they’re sometimes shown using.
BB version of Josef Bugman looks nice but I am loving that Alpharius model.

i like Alpharius, he’s got a lot of detail yet he feels a little more understated than usual.
I have a mate who’s a keen BB player and he”ll be ecstatic. it’s may though and this is the first piece we’ve seen from forge world this year.
Its a nice looking model. Of course it will be priced beyond reason. I wonder how he will fit size wise. There was quite some size creep among Primarchs of late.
The Alpharius sculpt is one of my favourite Primarchs, nicely detailed and fitting the character.
However, the real star is those Bugman minis, absolutely lovely
