The Next Chapter Of The Warmachine Story Is Vengeance!

Full details of Warmachine: Vengeance have appeared from Privateer Press and you can look out for it hitting the tabletop next year in March! It might be a way off but take a look at the details below.
As always this is going to move on the story within the world of Warmachine, something I have loved seeing develop and hearing about as I play. I think it's great that each expansion is bringing something new and showing some twists and turns in the narrative.
• New warcasters, including new epic versions of some of WARMACHINE’s original warcasters.
• Six new character novice warcasters who bring even more arcane support to their armies.
• New units and solos to expand WARMACHINE armies with new strategic possibilities.
• New narrative fiction picking up directly after the harrowing events of WARMACHINE: Colossals.
• A painting and modeling guide to help you prepare your forces for battle.
• Theme Force lists for each new warcaster, which allow you to create armies based on specialized forces found in the WARMACHINE world.
As you can see there is plenty to sink your teeth into and I'm very eager to see what the new Warcasters are going to be.

Well for Cygnar its Stryker 3 on his horse, Khador has Butcher 3 with his dogs, Cryx Gorshade 3 on his horse and Menoth has Resnik 2 on a chariot.
Not sure what Mercs are getting.
Plus lots of amazing stuff for Ret – so all be ready to see lots of happy Elves come March time.
Cant wait to see where the story is going after the defeat of both Khador and Cygnar at the hands of the Cryx.
League fluff since has showed khador and cygnar aren’t quite as bad off as suggested kev so imagine they’ll prepare for another attack or try to retrieve Karchev. Thought cygnars would be commander sturgis? Will they’re be 2 for cygnar and cryx? Any ideas who the jack on the front is by the way guys?
Maybe we will get 2 casters each – we can hope lol.
As for the jack if you listen to the new ep2 of PP podcast, they say all the escalation jacks are getting a second version so new Stromclad, Kodiak, Seether and ???? for menoth variants and its more menoth says no in its tricks
Nice! I’ve been missing out on podcasts always hear interesting tidbits from those who do listen… Looking forward to seeing all the new units myself we know some already but ret haven’t shown us any of there’s yet!
Well for Ret there is the Infiltrators, junior warcaster, Eiryss3, Houseguard Thane we know all about also there is the new floating casters and at Lock and Load (I think) there was a new character jack with 2 phoenix swords that “you need to kill twice”.
The general word from PP is the power of the ret stuff is proportional to how close to it being released to vengeance so they are just getting better and better – hence the lots of happy elves when this comes out.
oops kept thinking they were in a different release Doh but yeah looks good looking foward to the junior caster for the elves from the tactics KS shes a lovely looking sculpt and going to do a small ret force just to have an excuse to use her
Likely Sturgis will be two of the “new” warcasters mentioned, while the Journeymen we have seen in the Kickstarter will be the 6 novice warcasters they are referring to.
As much as I want ANY other merc caster to go epic, I just have this feeling we’ll be seeing Magnus3, which could still be cool…but I want an epic dwarf.
Can’t wait to use Aiakos and Sturgis the Corrupted!
Sturgis is not in this book. He is a KS tactics only model with rules. The only KS models in this book are the journeyman casters
Really looking forward to it. I have a soft spot for Goreshade, both story and play. Kinda wonder how they’ve made him a Cavalry support and if soulhunters will be viable with him.
