I’m finding it very interesting comparing OTT’s approach to growing out their business with that of Miniwargaming.

There are some similarities and some differences, especially since Miniwargaming had a store early on as part of their origin….

They closed their store due to GW changing a policy, preventing them from selling into the US, which was a major part of its business.

They will be moving to a new building soon that is being majorly refitted by them. That premises will have a gaming store within it, but the store will be run by another business.
