I was with Mark Rapson last week. He is fully aware that the KS must be fulfilled and he is trying to work out how to do that. He seems to have more integrity than the daruma directors, so we should wait and see.
It is good to hear that WFG want to see the KS delivered. From what we have seen so far I am unsure how or why this is the case.
NFG licenced/created Daruma to do the KS project. This raised £45k funds which have all gone.
WFG were not paid for work they did and have taken back stock in lieu of payment.
So where is the money coming from for WFG to fulfill the KS? They are going to do this on the basis that it will create good will and the SLA IP is worth enough that they will recover the initial loss?
This all seems odd to me.
It would be interesting to see the Daruma accounts which are overdue being filed according to the Companies House listing.
