@bobcockayne they did, but it had gotten to the point where Jaimie Wolf was pushing 80, and Kai at least did get to die of old age before passing on Yen-Lo-Wang. And I quite enjoyed seeing how Dark Age re positioned groups (even if some of the reasoning go a tad tenuous), and really want to see some fiction set post Fortress Republic.

My biggest issue with Battletech fiction though? The number of times a character written as the hero in one book ends up getting an absolute kicking later on (either physically or mentally).
