As of today for as far as I remember I cannot give Skill nominations on projects. I can give Tutoring and Idea nominations just fine. Did I reach the maximum number of Skill nominations I can give out?

This happens both in Firefox and Microsoft Edge on PC as well as on Firefox on my phone.
