Dungeons and Dragons Questions

Hey guys,

 

I am running a game tomorrow night from Storm Kings Thunder. Specifcially, Chapter 5 of this 5th ed D&D adventure. Im gonna use minis and maps I think. However, I need to find appropriate stuff from my collection.

 

Im aware from home and do not have my Monster Manual. Does anyone know the height of:

 

(1) Hill Giants

(2) Ettins

(3) Ogres

 

Thanks in advance. Ive googled some and found the answer but one or two above I am not sure of. The party are attacking Grud Haug, a Hill Giant Fortress, and I wanna have the stuff ready.
