I’ve cracked on with Batman: Gotham City Chronicles with members of Gotham’s finest.
November 20, 2020 at 10:44 am #1583712During Lockown 2.0 I’ve been working on some of the 30 year old-hammer 2nd edition Ork models as a retro-40k project. These have been a great way to both help with lockdown motivation and relive the glory days of 2nd edition – banners on all the things.

Full project details can be found here:
Thanks for looking!
November 20, 2020 at 12:35 pm #1583759So, finally calling the Iron Golems done. I’m reasonably pleased that I have managed to get a flesh look, without using flesh tone paints. Probably going to sell these now, as I don’t play Warcry! comments and critiques always welcome.

Butt-shots in the project log just for @lloyd
Project log is here
For those interested, my Kingdom Death project is here

November 20, 2020 at 9:49 pm #1583938I have begun to log my attempts at #kitbashember for 2020. I log slower than I hobby so there’s not much up there yet.
Much more to come.

Fantastic initiative from you guys and the guys down at Wayland Games.
My last buy from the OnTableTop store was a box from Warlord Games: British 8th Army starter.
Here are my first 5 Sikhs. I started using Brushrage app when I started this project: this 5 fellows took me 01H31M36S to prep and 05H04M15S to paint. So a total of over 06 hours and 35 minutes to get 5 models on the table…I have to speed up!!! ?
Cheers!

Since the start of lockdown (the first time) I have been looking at projects that needed finishing, my blood bowl orcs (thanks for the golden button ?) necromunda gangs but my biggest project is still my first one, Blood Rage.I had painted the big guys, see my Blood Rage project for more there) but I have finally found the time to get all the small characters and monsters done. They were putting me off but by combining some methods for painting quicker (dry brushing, washes etc.) And not worrying about display quality I was able to finish them and still be happy with how they look. I still have all the basic troop miniatures but its progress.
Happy hobbying all!
