Looking for some model recommendations

I’m getting into a new escalation league for Age of Sigmar and I’m going with Slaves to Darkness. Inspired by Manda’s fantastic project I want to build a story into how this army is forming and building over the league. One of the things I would like to do is have my Chaos Lord be a woman which is why I come to you, wonderful OTTers, I’m looking for some pointers. I am shamefully mainstream in my model line knowledge but I know there are a bunch of great companies out there!

Can anyone think of great female warrior models that would make good Chaos leaders?

There are a couple of quite cool female sculpts among the Darkoath from GW:

 

Other options include stuff like Raging Heroes (as suggested by Avernos) and things like Reaper (link)

Hasslefree has a lot of cool sculpts as well (link):

Tons of other stuff out there as well, companies like Norsgard, Gamezone, Shieldwolf, Dark Sword etc.

Thanks as always folks, some really nice models suggested. I think it’ll end up being a ravager Army so I might end up picking up a few of them… at least that’s my excuse.

@hephesto I had a look at Hasslefree and had actually picked out the second of your photos as a potential before posting this ? I hadn’t seen the GW ones before, that first one is pretty badass.

@ninjilly – Though certainly not cheap, but Marakarr Bloodsky is quite an awesome model.

The Leader of the Corvus cabal could also be an option, should be easy enough to convert.

Yeah, she’s not but that’s GW single minis for you. I love the Corvus Cabal but I think I’m going to run them and a couple of the other Warcry factions as cultists in the army so I’d rather keep her for that. For now anyway… my plans change every day right now because I’m excited about it, which is a good thing I guess!
