GW have revealed the next wave of releases for Kill Team, starting with the next expansion:
Kill Team: Commanders
The next major expansion introduces heroes, psykers and senior officers for every faction, from Primaris Librarians to Genestealer Patriarchs. The expansion will have more than 40 commanders, which can be upgraded with traits, new area of effect tactics and 10 new specialisms. There will also be new missions to use your commanders in.
Kill Team Commander Sets
A range of commander sets which will include a named character with back story, and exclusive skills and abilities.
2 New starter sets for Kill Team
The T’au starter set is called Advance Team Starpulse and includes 10 Fire Warriors and their support drones. The other starter set is The Exalted Scythe, and features the Necron Immortals and Deathmarks.
Killzone: Wall Of Martyrs
New Killzone featuring the Wall Of Martyrs defence line terrain.
I am very excited about this. There is a question on how the commander rules will affect game play; ie to powerful for some factions that lack in leader abilities at this time. We can always run games without using these new sets for some matches to counter this thought process. Either way I am looking forward to more books and stufffff.
