Private projects viewable to staff?

Let’s say I would want to make a project and that would contain spoilers or a surprise to a team member of BoW/OTT and I don’t want them to get any hint at it what so ever. Would the team see my project when it’s marked private?

If yes I would hold of creating the project until it’s finished and cleared for release.

If no I could start the project and keep track for myself and publish it, when it’s ready.
