Hi de ho Doomerinos

What are we using for nexus models? I watched the batrep but didn’t get a good view – possibly was highlighting a goblin during the good shots.

I’m thinking a few options:

Standing stones: I don’t need to buy anything but they don’t look like they’d be taken down by a headbutt.

Sci fi gizmos (Tesla coils or something).

Tokens (low effort but they look like effort).

Thoughts anyone?

Chris imagines that every Horror’s nexus is unique, so the devourer would have piles of flesh for mid rampage snacking, or doomhand has grabby things. I decided to go with 3 things what I had from another game as I didn’t have the time for all that.

Yeah generic seems the way to go. I like the sound of gory totems though. Maybe I’ll do a selection and choose the most appropriate.

Well.

As a compromise you could make five sets, one themed for each “Doom”.

This sounds the same as when Guild Ball started up and there wasn’t any official goals for the teams which lead to some real cool kitbashing.

The team behind it are certainly keen on kitbashing. I like objectives so I’ll have a go.

Some of the totems from idols of Torment might be an option. I like the one set for each Doom rather than one for each horror videa.

It’s a great idea, I’m not sure I have the commitment, even with my love of markers and doohickeys.
