You aren’t the only one.  I backed at the Handler level so I hope it hits a few more stretch goals!  The first couple of social goals are down though, so fingers crossed!

I honestly don’t think that D&D as a rule set is suited to this theme, because characters only start to feel truly heroic/superspy at higher levels.

As an alternative (and IMHO superior setting) I’d recommend Nights’ Black Agents.
And even if you don’t use the rules, the info on how to create a functional conspiracy within a game is useful intel for a DM.
