Unable to Download the Banners and Buildings of Lloydoslavia

Have tried this several times of the past couple of weeks in both Safari and Chrome and the download Banners and Buildings of Lloydoslavia file and either fails part way through the download or I get a 404 error.

Those are download links from the old website. Most of them are defunct. Better search somewhere else :S
