I finished my hot wire cutter. It’s not exactly “hobby” as in painting minis, but it means I can cut styrofoam for terrain now. I’m a bit late to the party, but drawing wood grain and bricks on styrofoam is a brilliant way of making terrain! https://www.beastsofwar.com/project/1570235/?order=asc
