About the Project
This project is run as an opposite to my Mordheim project... For 'Oldenheim' I'm using old 1980s figures to play Mordheim. This time I'm reversing that theme and while I will be using the original 1987 Rogue Trader rules, I'm trying to do this project purely with current GW plastics. This is starting from scratch - figures, scenery and vehicles - and it also plays into one of my pet dislikes... painting plastic figures. While plastics are great for conversions, I have never enjoyed painting them. So part of this project will be to try and get over that hurdle! Will also be interesting to bring the quasi RPG nature of Rogue Trader to life with the current wealth of GW plastic kits.

Throne Agent Tasker
Formerly Chastener Tasker, a member of the Adeptus Arbites based in Hive Tauros. A former shock trooper, he quickly rose through the ranks to command one of the precinct Snatch Squads before joining the ranks of the investigation and interrogation branch. It was while in this role that he assisted Inquisitor Solace during her work on Hive Tauros suppressing a Genestealer Cult know as the Devoted Throne. Due to his excellence service Tasker was offered a commission with Solace as first, a temporary Investigator and then later as one of her full time Inquisition Throne Agents.
It is considered by many that Tasker will one day become an Acolyte for an Inquisitor but to Tasker himself that seems unlikely. He thrives in his current role and has no desire to leave the service of Inquistor Solace…
