About the Project
After picking up the Evil Dead board game I decided to work on elevating it from board to scenery by building the cabin in the woods. As a die hard Evil dead fan I couldn't resist it. No one wants a board game when you can run around a 3D cabin. There is plenty of source material out there to recreate this classic movie set.

Home sweet home
I'm off on holiday for a few days but before j go I added one more detail to the cabin. The home sweet home cross-stitch which includes a little image of the cabin. Nice little detail. Funny how many of these are avaliable in easy as a prop for your house.
Furniture and bits
Today I made a few small items of furniture and a wood pile by the fire. Mirror on the wall and I decided to use the board game piece of the stag head on the wall 
Mornings work
I had some free time this most I've worked on a simple photocopy on to card floor board base for the wLls to be built on. I then added some hastily put up boards on windows and my first shelf.
Broken windows
Thanks to various deadlines smashing through Windows we have some broken glass made from acetate. I need to add some wooden bars nailed over the holes.
Getting back into the groove
It's been sometime because I've been distracted by other things but ghe terrain fest was a good incentive to return to the cabin in the woods.
I reshaped the base for the cabin to sit on before I start doing floorboards 
Interior back rooms
The main corridor running the length of the cabin has wooden slats running vertically. I spotted that while Ash is being dragged across the floor by his possessed hand
