About the Project
I'm planning a birthday game for next year. As my birthday falls on may the fourth we usually play starwars. But as I'll be 50 next t year it coincides with the anniversary of the declaration of American independence. So why not do another rebellion again an empire

Complete British force
The three brigades brought together. I love how it looks at this scale as it feels like a proper army. It didn't take too long to paint. Now I can move on to the rebels

A change from the red coats working on the German units of Von Breymans brigade. Added detail of so many moustaches

Frasers brigade for the battle of freeman's farm contains a lot of adhoc units away from the line infantry. Light infantry and grenadiers with militia and natives. 
For the grenadiers I went for the buff colouring as a break from the white.

The second brigade contains a lot of smaller skirmishing units so I started with indians for a change to all the redcoats

I had to create some pickets using spare minis

Artillery and Command
For the artillery I did the recommended head swap for British artillery. This wasn't as fiddly as I thought. It also gives me chance to choose the head position and create something different
