Tactics
The plan for this list is simple. Irusk will form the centre of the army shelling the opponent and moving in support of the other two battle groups. The Destroyer and the two Mortars will provide some heavy fire power, while the Winter Guard will act as a speed bump unit against anything that gets too close.
Vlad's battle group will be used to flank the enemy out in front holding them back before strategically retreating to link up with Kommander Harkevich and his units.
The idea is to have three stages of the battle. Battering the enemy as they move in closer and closer, soaking the damage and dealing it out in equal measure. This looks pretty sturdy on paper to me.

Em, why is there 2 units of Widowmakers and two units of Uhlans in there? They are both FA 1 and it’s not a tier list. Is there some unbound shenanigans going on?
FA X means “up to X units of this type for every Warcaster in your army”. Since there are 3 casters, you can put in there 2 units of ‘makers and uhlans without problem.
Nothing like a sea of red flowing over the battlefield.
here here chevy and if im right its tear 2 for vlad so all the war jacks in the army get +2 movement for the first turn. 🙂

Unfortunately I don’t think that you benefit from tier lists in multi-caster games, even if it’s in unbound. That said, I don’t know if they changed that in the Colossals book. If it ends up coming my way, then I’ll know. *hint hint wink wink*
No tiers in Unbound. It’s an Okay list, lots of striking power but very little that can blunt an attack effectively. Not nearly enough infantry to run Irusk2 effectively and Sylys is not 9 points.
Ditch Irusk2’s Destroyer and find the points for the Behemoth. Find some points for Mechanics. You are going to get alpha striked hard with this list, repair and return is the order.
This list though impressive seems to be missing some of what makes its core “work”. Winterguard really need Kovnik Joe at a minimum, and they really shine with the Rocketeers. Though I rarely get to field all 3, I always shoot for at least 2. Though I haven’t used the Ulans much, that 22 points feels like it would be better spent elsewhere. Possibly drop 1 of the units for a full company of Black Dragons. They work well, well anything really does, with Signs and Portents, providing some serious hitting and stopping power. Maybe I’m wrong here, but Iron Fangs always make an appearance in ever lost of mine, and the Black Dragon UA is simply amazing for the same PC as the default UA. This also grants them Fearless allowing them to mingle with Doom Reavers, effectively delivering them to front, soaking any initial charges with their dual reach between the two inits. Finally, I also never bring Doom Reavers without their Greylord Escort. For 2 points gaming tough, and a spray attach that more times than not has been the surprise from the back ranks the opponent wasn’t expecting. Also, granting silence allowing them to not kill each other, and the Pikemen of you so choose to ise them as a delovery mechanism. Finally, having only the Conquest and Drago with pVlad seems like its not making best use of his Feat, or Drago. Drago is so focus efficient you could possibly slip a Juggernaught in there somewhere. 2 Jacks and the Conquest charging 11″ is beyond scary to anyone. Give the Conquest Boundless Charge, and you’re talking 15″ Threat.
I would definitely in the future comment on the synergy of the units, casters and Jacks and what feats / spells you intent to augment each with. It’s possible you have some grand plan that others have overlooked. I just really struggle with the points sink into 2 full Ulans Units is all.
Wow, I’m terribly sorry for how badly my iPad auto corrected alot of that post. I don’t really spell that badly.
