One of the best things about UK Games Expo is the fact that they have the Street Food vans out the front which give you all manner of awesome food to try.
So, if you're down here across the weekend this is a prime time to come and try some great chow...unless you're Justin.
The Chicken Souvlaki was exceptional ^^.
My favourite part of the live blogs is dribbling over the lovely food you guys get to indulge in whilst I’m sat with a cup of tea and packet of quavers.
Ha, brilliant! So much to choose from without having to stray too far away from the event. Perfick!
at least there’s different (& reasonably priced) food there instead of the expensive & dubious looking hot dogs that used to be the only things available when you went to the old GW games days – used to be a case of a big breakfast & hope it’d keep you full all day

Aw man. When I worked in Birmingham centre, I’d get lunch at the Habanero van so damned often. Once I took on the January blues with All Burrito All Week Week. Happy days!

I had a pizza yesterday. Today I was stuck in the Destiny Tournament all day. There definitely have appeared a few extra did stands since Friday

Looks like a good selection of food. I wonder how hot the Mexican place is, I’ve heard that Europeans have a relatively low tolerance for heat. On a scale of jalapeno to Carolina reaper where would you say you stand? I stand at habanero myself, 100k to 350k SHU. Jalapeno are 1k to 20k SHU, and Carolina reapers are 1,500k SHU to 1,600k SHU. If you claim you can handle a Carolina reaper, I want video proof; whole pepper, eating the pepper, and a minimum wait of 5 minutes before milk/ice cream, no cuts.
I think you might be asking a bit too much, sirs? 😛
I can tell just by looking at the food, and erst while will proclaim… “it’s not that hot!”

(Gormet) burger is – let’s be honest – also so very tempting…
We ate well all weekend, yum yum.
Would have been great to include some of the street food in the prize giveaway. Obviously, it would have gone off by then but very funny.
The food kept us going
Tried pretty much every stall over the weekend. The chicken and chorizo Burrito was the absolute boss for me.
