Playing Ticket To Ride & Viticulture In The Open Gaming Room

One of the great things about the UK Games Expo is the fact that you can dive into the Open Gaming Room and play some of the board games and card games you've picked up over the weekend.
With that in mind we take a look at two of them, Viticulture and Ticket To Ride, as they are great for the tabletop.
Two games at once, hardcore!
Ticket to Ride has been on my list for ages!
Ticket to Ride has to be close to the most popular game of recent years.
Family gaming great. This is a diehard gaming family.
Love seeing so many families and children at UKGE, definitely need to looking in going next year with my two monkies.

I’ve been tempted to buy Viticulture – I believe it is up to second edition now – but I drink too much wine as it is.
Never tried viticulture but we play ticket to ride all the time as a family. I always win 🙂
Not played Ticket to Ride but I think it is similar to a game I played back in the 70’s/80’s with my aunt and uncle called Railway Rivals

Some lf the guys at my club play ticket to ride. Hasnt really appealed in the past ti me but maybe i should pay nore attention!!

Wasn’t too keen on Viticulture, Ticket to Ride is always good fun to play though
I really do feel that the gaming revolution is good for families and for strengthening the bonds of family around the gaming table.

Ticket to Ride is an all-time favourite gateway game. Viticulture is one I’m always looking at in the FLGS but I’ve never taken the plunge. Of course, that’s mostly based one of Stonemaier Games other games, Euphoria, which is a lot of fun.
