Dawn and Roadie Todd talk about what was disclosed in the Games Workshop Studio Preview here at Adepticon. I have to say there was some amazing surprises!

Looking forward to the kill team set and the app combat roster.

72draco

GW virtual CCG? Played it when it was called Eye of Judgement.

amachan

Combat Roster does sound interesting.

randomdiceofdoom

Seems to be alot coming from GW. Looking forward to the legends stuff personally.

kantor72

Combat Roster is nice……The real news is PLASTIC SISTERS dude, i’m really excited to see see what comes out for them next year.

radegast6

Yay siters of battle this cant go wrong.

clansmen

my wallet is weeping with all the news!!!

tchrin

Lots of win here.

I’ve loved the look of the minis for AoS for a while now, but the sea elves//Deepkin are unique enough that I may have to take the plunge (pun intended).

tchrin

Only disappointment is still no ETA for the Ork Codex. The more specialist codices are good, but seems wrong when we’re still waiting for one of the major forces.

siygess

Sounds like GW are trying super hard to keep the conversation about them – a challenge when FFG’s Legion has just dropped!

kamaron

The GW news are HUGE. I love a lot of what they have said. And If you can make them spill some beans about Shadespire, that would be great xD

harigeri

GW rox!

comoran

Champions sounds curious

dizzy

I was hoping for more information on the kill team reboot but I’m fine with new Warhammer Underworld Releases. I’ve only got one more team to go to finish the first cycle. 🙂

sunabe

A lot of new cool stuff from GW

stonewall

Yea I’m pretty intrigued about Kill team. I really like the smaller skirmish focused games. I hope its in the same realm as Necromunda, which i just ordered last week and am anxiously awaiting.

lblunchboxlb

Pretty excited for plastic sisters and killteam!

jmrecoil

No ork codex??? Seems very wrong. Players should not have to wait for main stay armies, before specialised armies.

toricova

SOB for next year, count me in!!

mc1gamer

I don’t know how much I’d be into the fishmen army, but loving the look of them! Yay AOS

badgobo

again not a lot for aos

reiton

combat turtle? cant wait to see that model 🙂

comoran

I’m loving this!

szuhayeva

I wish I were there!

georgesealy

So much in this news to keep me happy, great set of releases coming up.

foofaraw

I am excited for a new kill team, but the VR card game doesn’t excite me. Even if it is AR, unless the base card game is good without the additional visuals, I can’t imagine it catching on. I also feel bad that I missed out on Conquest, but I just like Co-op card games.

cazboab

Augmented reality, collectable card game, Games Workshop. I can’t think of 3 phrases that kill my interest more…

But.. Fishmen… Plastic Sisters…yeah okay I’m listening…

nogginthenog

have to give GW credit for engaging with their playerbase so much now. Also, that large knight is awesome.

bigbadbazz

More shadespire
Great

harigeri

These are cool news

fireblarney

Sounds like a lot of interesting stuff. Wouldn’t mind seeing some of the Deepkin models. The combat rosters sounds like it could be handy.

nekomata

Lots to be excited about. I’m personally over the moon that we’re finally getting updated Sisters, and am happy to see Knights are next up.
I’m still cynical about the list builder announcement though. By their own admission it will be an incomplete list builder, and looking at the work of the guy they said they’ve brought on to do the work, it’s probably one of the weaker list builders I’ve come across.
Whilst they’ve said that they will get around to doing a more complete list builder (that supports the full points values) at a later day, I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t charge for it, which would feel too much like milking bad codex design for extra money.

lawnor

New kill team designed around organised play sounds interesting.

peas20

I am all about those Deepkin!!!

bigdaddio

Some interesting news, for sure.

zorg

the titan/knight codex should be good.

hvymtl3172

Giant Freakin’ Robots What’s not to love!!!

swbeil

Wow GW hitting it out of the park.

truthslayer

So in 2020 we get the Plastic Thunderhawk right?

dammitprawn

Yay sea turtle

tachycardia

Cool. Cheers guys.

Also – who the hell is Todd? Hi Todd!

darkurth2000

I’m really excited to hear about the new Kill Team box set. I was really hoping to hear something about the Necron Codex. The Combat Roster will be incredibly useful.

paragon

They have pictures of the Idoneth Deepkin oiver on faeit 212

nehpets

I could get into a decent ccg. Glad to see sisters, theyve been a long time coming.

heavygear02

Nuts, I missed this do delays. I wish could have been there.

edfedermeyer

Plastic Sisters of Battle FTW!

chosenman44

Combat Rosters, way to go GW.

comoran

This was nice to see

zebraoutrider

Since the relaunch of White Dwarf and the development of the Warhammer Community, GW appear to have undergone a bit of a revolution and actually now focus on customers rather than the business. Yes lots of things are expensive, but GW quality of sculpts is outstanding. Been playing shadow war so new kill team sounds great. Deepkin elves will certainly get me into AoS… I’m over the destruction of the Old World now 😉

falerox

All great news!

fjlilly

Lots of good information, kill team could be cool. about time for the App.

lobstermooch

Such a big difference with the new GW management as opposed to the old. We would never have seen new spin off games, a VR CCG, plastic sisters or any sort of community interaction. The new team is doing a stellar job, and I am glad to spend money on GW products again. 🙂

Also sea turtles.

rayzryr

Definitely looking forward to Kill Team: what better reason to have minis for multiple 40k factions??

phoen31

I think the model every year at adepticon is a good thing. Sisters of Course are great. The CCG I could do without.. i still have that nominal disdain for card games that took up valuable space for wargaming way back when.

baranora

Awesome games!

normandyfan

interesting

spacewolflord

Sisters Drop Date! I would so love to be run them for next Adepticon.

kadmon

These are good news 🙂

while

Some pretty interesting news! Deepkin!

greaper

And there goes the bank account, new freaking army.

otakugirl

Good games!

rgreenparadox

Finally! There’s an app for that. I wonder if D&D Beyond prompted them to get off their asses and do it.

krowek

now it’s just a win 1000000 in the lottery

longshotte

A CCG? That is not my cup of tea. Some of the other things though….

hargarpad

Good news 🙂

caledor2

A virtual card game, sounds good.
I like the idea of dedicated models for kill team, it will make it feel more like a specials band than just models from the big army.
Bigger knights, wow.

Good you took notes that’s a lot of stuff.

somegeezer

OK the big headlines are the Turtle Elves and plastic Sisters but it’s the Knights that most float my boat. Giant Freaking Robots!

turak

Any news on new Blood Bowl teams?

andre77

A card game doesn’t sound, what can i say, interesting.

nosebiter

They destroyed me with those reveals.

beardragon14

You know .. this is the first place I heard about specific boxed for kill team …. Thanks Guys !!!

and will the Legends Studio make the old Squats models??? …… *lower lip starts to quiver pathetically.

deadhead

plastic sisters awesome news

dkenty

Best start to apdeticon ever.

felfeni

Exciting new releases

trinitty

Sea turtle

harald0skald

Good video

enginseer

An official army builder? I’m definitely in for the Combat Roster!

khy0te

So, plastic Sisters of Battle in 2019. A friend of mine just lost all of his disposable income for 2019 to say 2022 or so.

nosbigdamus

good Good GOOD news, like to see it, Sister of Battle, in “Pastiek” plastic yes…

blish

Really excited for the CCG. Will be nice to engage with the fluff in a different way.

warfield

This was fun

darnast

Wow, somehow GW card game(s) is leaving me totally unexcited.

harigeri

Games Workshop sometimes surprises me

gobbo

Yay! plastic Sisters.

szuhayeva

These news are lovely!

cybermonkey

I’m fortunate to be going to ukge again this year but still so jealous of those that get to go to adepticon. Why do none of the UK shows have such a great swag bag?

danamonsterzuul

Would love to try Kill Team, and also loving the Legends Mini stuff. Sooooo cool.

irishsteve

The new minis on the way are loooking stunning.

someprick

virtual ccg souns perfect for yu gi o

megsmith

szilona

Games Workshop is exquisite!

szuhayeva
