Saga and Gangs of Rome great for historical /mythic battles.
Gangs of Rome looks amazing. I remember some pretty amazing looking terrain with it. I loved the Rome show so I am looking forward to this game.

The roman numerals for the dice AND the direction is one of the most clever game designs I’ve seen. Very impressive, useful and in theme.
The Saga minis are great, specially the bosses and the bannerbearers.

It is always cool to see all the different games that are out there. I was not aware of this one, but now I want to go out and check it out. Looks like it could be fun, and the minis look very cool.

Saga is great! I have a small collection of footsore minis, and they’re amazing.

I hope they’ll introduce more Eastern European warbands into Saga. I’d like to start a Polanie warband in the future.

Gangs of Rome sounds interesting, but the blind buy aspect to the minis stats is offputting. perhaps I don’t understand its impact enough.
Dark Ages and Saga are really really tempting. I keep telling myself “no new projects” though.

Game looks cool, but there’s just SOOOOO many choices out there now. I can’t see it having much staying power.

Those mobs make me think of assassins creed. Now you only need to be able to stab somebody from out of the mob.
Are it naked berserker’s because somebody will get his clippers out if they are.

With the great deal of pain I’ve had putting tartan on my Guild Ball set, I can’t imagine painting up a whole faction. More power to those people that can!
