I’m a big fan for well done pre-assembled mini’s!
Ive backed the KS as a double dual commander to get all 4 factions, but the more I see the models, the more frustrated I get. Initially the preassembled was appealing, but looking at these models, there is so much gap filling required. Some of the gaps look harder to get because other pieces are in front of it. The Horomatangi model also has a weird lean to him. Maybe its just the angle of the camera, but the digital render shows him standing more straight.
Hmmm,ive not seen any gap filling needing sorting but maybe I’m not looking close enough. I do agree with Dawn, they really are georgeous pre-assembled minis!
I really wanted to get into The Other Side but no one in my area was interested in the game so I had to pass.
Love malifaux my one issue and it’s not the games fault but I keep running into groups that play it that are just not the best to play with and that’s playing in three VERY different cities around the country not sure why that is

While I don’t play Malifaux, Wyrd does make some of the best plastics in the industry.
the next chance is preprimed minis, its great for playing out of the box and not getting confused with the minis
Makes me wish I had back the KS for this one. Malifaux is a fun game and if the Other Side is anything like it, it’d be a blast.
There are some awful mould lines and joins on those display pieces. They look nice otherwise, but its a shame they didn’t have time to clean them up.
Love Wyrd’s creativity. I remember back when they were just making a small selection of odd models. Now look at them.

Even though I do not play the game, it is very popular here in Japan. They make some nice minis , especially their Ten Thunders range.
For some reason I think I just like rolling dice better than playing with a deck of cards the way Malifaux does it. Does the other side use a deck of cards?
