The dice can down right mean sometimes.
My best Fubar. Medium Mortar fubared and fired on the next target. A Hellcat. Well then it hit and fired in the open top and bang. So it was 6 followed by 6 and over.
can somebody explain to my what fubar is supposed to be in bolt action? feels kinda gamey and wierd.
If a unit has pin markers there is a chance they might not do what you want. So a morale check on 2d6 is made.if you pass you succeed I you fail you go down. But on a 12 you fubar and the unit can panic or even shoot in a friendly fire incident. It’s a rarity but can throw a spanner in the works when it happens
Hmm, kinda like failing a Ld roll in 40k on Twelve, but with added X-Com zanny results.
Best FUBAR I’ve seen was in a 40k apocalypse game, this gamer had two Baneblade lined up next to each other. When one was hit it went total and took out the next Baneblade which also went total taking out a couple of sentinals as well….lol
