Already mentioned on this forum, but just in case you’ve mised it :

DropTop by DrTabletop — Dropper Bottle Solution for GW Paints

It is an interesting proof of concept with its own problems (more air in bottle, how to get the last drop ?).

Whether they can get it manufactured at scale (and not be overwhelmed by demand) is the real question.
