Superglue sucks.

However, it is, in some cases, the ONLY thing that will work, especially if the pieces are too small or fragile to be pinned or are so awkwardly positioned that you cannot fashion any jig to hold them in place while epoxy dries.

In my experience, the cheapie little tubes you get at dollar (now $ 1.25) stores in packs of 3, 4 or 5 often work better than the ‘premium’ brands. One trick you might try to prevent the lid/screwtop getting glued to the bottle is to put a dab of petroleum jelly on the threads.
