It seems that the Projects are no longer defaulting to being sorted by most recently updated or added to.
Also, individual project entries used to show the date they were posted, but I’m not currently seeing that.Update: individual entry posted dates show on the desktop site but not on mobile — maybe that was always the case? Was this an intentional change, or has something gone wrong?

December 23, 2025 at 8:26 pm #1954464My latest update is the first one, I updated it yesterday night.
I’m guessing you updated yours today?
December 23, 2025 at 9:17 pm #1954465I updated mine yesterday at around 6pm pacific time, and it’s still buried on page 2, behind another project that I most recently updated last Thursday.
December 23, 2025 at 9:43 pm #1954473That’s really weird.
Try updating the main project pic, I do that for all my entries, maybe that might help?December 23, 2025 at 10:20 pm #1954474There appears to be a different logic between ‘default’ and the other sort options.
‘Default’ may be sorting projects on project date and not the date of the latest entry within the project.
If that makes any sense ?
December 23, 2025 at 11:26 pm #1954475Normally, when you first go to the main Projects page, the projects are sorted by most recently updated. That’s been the default for as long as I can recall — any time you add a new entry (or even edit an existing entry) your project gets bumped to the front. But that’s not happening currently — when I added a new entry to my project last night, it stayed where it was, halfway down page 2. I added a second entry immediately after, with the same result.
If you use the “sort by” pull-down at the top of the page, and select “date” it appears to sort them by the order the project was originally created. But usually when you first arrive at the page they’re sorted by most recent entry.
December 24, 2025 at 10:50 am #1954507Hi guys, I will look into this in the coming days. There was some recent code changes which may have affected this.
December 24, 2025 at 10:52 am #1954509yeah … which is why it appears that the ‘default’ setting is doing something different for some reason.
January 3, 2026 at 10:41 pm #1957478+1 for observing this ‘feature’. when i have been updating my project it hasn’t been bumped to page 1 of the project system.
January 3, 2026 at 11:24 pm #1957522January 4, 2026 at 10:46 am #1957575I hate to say this but: works for me.
Maybe projects that don’t get bumped are a) Golden Button winners, b) older that $Date or c) larger than X pages? There seems to be problems with that kind of things.
January 4, 2026 at 2:10 pm #1957616Doesn’t appear to work for me …
Then again, it’s not that big of a deal for me.
// — edit —
I changed the ‘contest’ from ‘spring clean challenge 2025’ to ‘terrainfest 2025’ … and now my project jumped to the top of the list.
I then changed it back again, because it isn’t a terrain project (or is it? ;)).

January 4, 2026 at 2:43 pm #1957622Thanks @limburger, that worked. Made a change in the header and it bumped right up.
January 7, 2026 at 12:30 am #1958271Yeah, this is still an issue. A new project I made a few days ago was updated twice tonight but didn’t move in the project order. Then I went into “Edit project”, didn’t change anything, went to the bottom of the page and hit update project. That moved it to the top of the list.
I’ll try updating from mobile tomorrow and see if that is having the same problem.
