The guy in the fourth pic above the video looks like my cousin. That is so cool and in my pursuit to conquer this planet, a game by the name scattered earth is just so pleasant to see!

It was great to meet John and Simon, and have a good chat about being a start up company. Had a quick demo of Shattered Earth, seems like a nice, clean system that just let’s you focus on tactics and having fun. Definitely one of the highlights of Salute 🙂

These miniatures looked absolutely amazing
Got to love stuff outside of the usual genre.
Amazing resins! And the slanted buildings, that’s genius! In fact, you almost never see building built on a slant. Sometimes the best ideas are ones that are just overlooked.
Not only a range of awesome looking miniatures but the world they have developed really appeals to me.

It was such a shame that their kickstarter clashed with some of the major kickstarter companies out there (sort of defeats the purpose of kickstarter being able to launch a company into existence). This was a lickstarter that deserved a lot more backing than it did 🙁

These guys had a good Kickstarter and this game seems interesting. For me the uniqueness of the factions and their minis is a massive selling point too.

The dragon / dragon spell swooping around the miniature in the pics above is absolutely beautiful. Would love that just to paint up. Miniatures like that sell games, because it only takes one or two more and people are hooked. Great to see that they get pleasure from meeting their fan base.

Big fan of the Massive Awesome guys. I’ve played a couple of games of the alpha rules and offered feedback, as well as backed them on their Kickstarter. Nice to see things progress!
I backed the Kickstarter because I loved the Acolytes of the Dragon faction. If I were to get another faction, it’d probably be the religious ones (whose name I can’t remember) as that pseudo-middle-east thing they’ve got going on is AMAZING.
