From my understanding it goes:
historical hex and chit gaming > historical miniature wargaming > fantasy miniature wargaming > sci-fi miniature wargaming > boardgames > heroscape > video gaming > cosplay > furries
But I may be wrong…
You’ve left out historical reenactors and LARPers; think they fit in above cosplayers. And card games are in there somewhere I think. ?
