Justin processes that email account when he has time. He doesn’t check it every day and I don’t think anyone else deals with it. On a good day it can take a few weeks to get things dealt with, and Justin and the BoW guys have been super busy recently with the website, and now they’re at the expo. I wouldn’t expect a response too soon, but he will get back to you when he can. Although anyone who submitted a claim before the changeover would appreciate knowing their claims didn’t get lost or forgotten, I’m sure. Just like for any “comment below” competition entries on the old site.
